Stainless Steel Water Tank Introduction

Stainless Steel sectional water tanks are made from hot pressed molded panels.

To ensure the quality of water tanks, We choose the high quality SUS304,SUS316 as raw material. Stainless steel panels are shaped by hydraulic press mold, single panel size can be 1000x1000mm,1000 x 500mm, 500 x 500 mm. Panels and accessories are welded at site by arc-argon welding machine,the welding surface is washed and passivated by acid to ensure the welding parts will not get rusted.

Raw material: SS304 2B, SS316L;
Panel size: 1000x1000m, 1000x500m, 500x500m;

Panel thickness(according to height):1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm;
Process technique: ramming craft;
Connection way: arc argon welding;
